This figure features the Alolan regional form of Grimer. Poison Touch is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Alolan Grimer can have. Black Hole Eclipse and Acid Downpour are Z-Moves in the games that Alolan Grimer can use by equipping Darkinium Z and Poisonium Z, respectively.
