Aaron's Step 1 Deck (TCG)

Aaron's Step 1 Deck (Japanese: あらいモンステップ1デッキ) is a deck made by one of Dr. Mason's researchers, Aaron, in Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!. The main purpose of this deck is to tutor the player on how to deal with evolutionary cards. It focuses primarily on Pokémon with some and types.

The subject of this article has no official English name.
The name currently in use is a fan translation of the Japanese name.

It should be noted, because this is used for a practice match, that Aaron's Step 1 Deck and the player's deck (below) are not shuffled during the match.

Practice Deck #1

The player is not permitted to use his or her own Deck to combat the Step 1 Deck. Instead, this practice deck is given to the player by Aaron in order to combat Aaron's Step 1 Deck. The deck has no official name, so it will be referred to as Practice Deck #1 (Japanese: 練習デッキ＃ 1). This is the configuration of said practice Deck, which happens to focus and Pokémon, with being a secondary type. During the practice dual, the card order is fixed, so some cards are never actually seen.

After completing the match (win or lose), the deck cannot be kept.
